Q:How long will my order take to arrive?
A:After your order has been processed, please allow 2-6 weeks for shipping (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!

Q:What about receiving defective product?
A:If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, ELLEWIN will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
